Courage is to sometimes wait even when everyone else is moving just so you can embrace the rhythm of your own race.
The temptation to keep in motion even when you are not sure or you don’t know where you are going in this fast-paced era is high. It’s almost like society never wants anyone to stop. The goal is just to move no matter if you are hurt, or you need help, or you don’t know the way, or you want to change direction, or you need rest. There is no room for stopping to heal, to re-examine, to rest. You just move and no one ever seems to know what the end goal of this directionless motion is. You just move.
Most people don’t want to be labelled names like unmotivated, unfocused etc, because they chose a different path. Everyone wants to be seen moving no matter if it is hurting them or not. No one is allowed to be.
Courage however calls us to level up. To trod the unchartered waters, to determine our own path and pace. To rest, when need be, then to come back or to change course altogether and be okay with it.
You don’t have to be in motion even when you don’t know where you’re going. It is okay to ask for help. It is okay to take a moment to heal; it is not worth losing your mind for. Just create a plan for what you intend to do and follow it as it leads you to your true self. It is okay to be.
The message promotes self-acceptance, introspection, and the courage to chart one’s own course in a world that often prioritizes relentless motion over personal well-being. It serves as a reminder that true fulfillment comes from honoring oneself and embracing the journey, wherever it may lead. Great read.
