Courage is to feel fear and still move. It is to move despite the fear you feel. It is to remember that fear is a feeling. And feelings are meant to help us express ourselves, they are not meant to drown us or even control us. We are to feel the emotions and notice what they are signalling to us to correct or reinforce. Emotions are a tool. They give us signals that then help us deduce situations and respond appropriately. Wallowing in our emotions for too long could have not so good consequences.
Feelings and emotions are good they help us to recognize what is happening within us that is affecting what is happening around us. Or to recognize the things happening around us that are affecting what is happening within us. In order to respond appropriately. For example, fear is a necessary emotion. It helps to signal our bodies when there is danger in the hope that you respond appropriately i.e., to protect yourself. Fear also helps you to know that something maybe challenging, therefore, this emotion signals you; not for you to be afraid, rather to brace yourself for the task ahead. To prepare, to be ready. Therefore, feel the fear but do it any way; especially when what you are doing or are to do will make you a better person.
