Mystery person that makes my heart beat, my soul glow and the smile on my face will tell you that I have hidden reasons. So much is said about life yet none of it matters after we are gone. I made a promise this year, that would live, that I would smile and have all the cake I can. Look at it like this, tomorrow isn’t promised but this moment right here ,right now is all I have. So I breath in and smile one more time because I can and I am very grateful that I can.
Last year this would have scared me, I would be worrying about what would go wrong, but this year is different. This year am not worried because its already not going my way anyway. Person doesn’t know how I feel, I only do and that is enough. How does that make me happy you may ask? Well because I know how I feel, I know why I feel the way that i do and that is all the joy that i need. The calm that I have, the world cannot give, so its more than just the feeling.
Thinking about this gives me reason to smile, to hope, to be here and be grateful. I know you might ask if I plan on telling the said person about this feelings. Well me is village girl and I am as bold as they come, yet I am not planning on spilling the beans. I am hoping he does though, when the time is right. That thing about traditions and stuff would be ideal, but if it doesn’t come maybe I will say something.
Maybe he will, maybe he wont, yet that doesn’t worry me, because I know for a fact that the joy in my heart is worth the world. That I can`t trade for the anything ,so I smile and say this is happy, my happy place.
